A conventional pallet racking warehouse is generally laid out with single-entry wall racks on the perimeter sides and double-entry racks in the middle. With our conventional racking system goods can be easily removed as each pallet can be accessed without the need to shift other pallets. When block stacking is not an option, this type of racking is ideal for filling large areas of a warehouse with multi deep, multi wide and multi high blocks of pallets. Drive in is usually specified for first in-last out storage situations. Perishable,  crush able, unwieldy or awkward shaped goods that cannot be  self stacked are likely candidates for this specialist solution. Cold stores often specify this type of racking as it is an ideal method when storing predictable batch movements of palletized loads.

The system provides blocks of static storage where pallets are stored two or more deep. Having driven in, the truck then has to reverse out. It offers restricted selectivity of individual pallets but provides effective high density storage with good use of the 'cube'. The continuous block's of racking (no aisles) allows for truck access directly into the system placing goods next in line one behind the other on cantilevered rails each side of the lane.

The first- in, first–out (FIFO) pallet flow storage system can double or even triple the capacity of a warehouse. They are used for freezer warehouses, food distribution centers and storage of high-volume consumer goods. These pallet flow system comprise of two elements namely static rack structures and dynamic flow rails. The length of the rack consists of rollers that are attached to rails, which are placed in decline position enabling the pallet to enter the loading end to flow by means of gravity. The system can handle a wide variety of pallets and operate with no maintenance in temperatures as low as -20 degree and as high as 100 degree Fahrenheit. They are can reduce the warehousing and handling cost to a large extent besides saving time and labor.

For the maximum utilization of space we offer heavy-duty pallet racks. They are made from high tensile strength steel and can easily store large and bulky items.
